Yes. We provide full custom formulation for new brands. For a completely new brand with full custom formulation, a sample/development fee of USD 1,000 (or equivalent) is charged. If you proceed with bulk production, this fee is deducted from the first order. You may request further sample revisions until the sample is approved. If no bulk order follows, the fee is non-refundable.
